USA Hockey Registration Requirement Prior to beginning the CGHA registration process, each player must be registered with USA Hockey.

• • Coach registration fee is $56. ($46 for USA Hockey + $10 for MN Hockey) • Upon completion – be sure to PRINT and SAVE the unique confirmation code for each player.  This number will be required during the CGHA registration process.

NOTE: This is an upfront fee paid by each coach, and then reimbursement provided by CGHA for head and assistant coaches that have been pre-approved to a team roster for the upcoming season.
